The Surreal Birds series was inspired by the widespread folkloric concept of birds as symbols of divine favor, bearers of spiritual power, and omens of events to come. The series consists of three photocollages, each featuring a different avian subject in a different surreal setting- “Psychopomp”, “Palace in the Sky”, and “Red Sands.”

The Surreal Birds series is sold at Wolfclaw Studio pop-up shops, both as individual art prints and as a 6-pack of blank greeting cards, with each package containing two cards featuring each of the series’ designs.
